Check-in was disorganized, room readiness could be better!!! Service around the pool is lacking since no one comes to offer food or drinks!!! The view from the sea-facing room was disappointing and not picturesque at all!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel at home. I had brand-new, nicely decorated room with climate control, a strong WiFi and satellite TV.

The pool is grimy, missing tiles everywhere, and what is with the noisy staff gathering outside my room? I had hoped for a room upgrade due to my significant inconveniences, but alas, i was treated like everyone else. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The venue is pleasant, with reasonably priced food and unbeatable location with less than a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. Honest and welcoming staff as one would expect. The rooms are very specious and have awesome view to indian ocean and harbor

The food scene is on point! I loved the breakfast with fresh fruits and local juices while gazing out over the beach. The restaurant has a great vibe, and you can't miss the seafood stalls nearby for some epic Forodhani street eats.

We faced some hiccups with a clogged shower and a leak in the sink that was never fixed. Plus, the indoor pool was out of commission and the noise from the area kept us up late. The safe situation was a bummer too!
